- Click the Install button.
After you complete the steps, the new font will be available for all your Microsoft Office apps. You may need to repeat the steps to install additional styles for a particular family.
Using context menu
To add a new font on Windows 10 that you can then use in Office, use these steps:
- Open File Explorer.
- Browse to the folder with the font files.
- Right-click the font file and select the Install option to add the new font only on your account. (If you want the font to be available for all accounts on your computer, select the Install for all users option.)
Once you complete these steps, the next time you start a new Office document, the new fonts will be available from the 'Font' settings in the 'Home' tab.

To remove a font from Windows 10 and Office, use these steps:

- Select the font you want to delete.
- Under 'Metadata, click the Uninstall button.
- Click the Uninstall button again to confirm.

Update Fonts In Microsoft Word
- If Word is running Quit it.
- First you can download fonts from daFont
- Then click download on the right of the font
- Then click OK when it comes up with the pop up
- The when it comes up with the downloads window double click onit
- It will then show finder with the folder downloads open thenfind your font (to find it easier left click then click arrangeicons----->Date Modified it should be up the top)
- Then click on the folder it is in and click the .otf file
- Then click on Install font when the pop up shows and drag itinto a folder
- Then open word and click on the toolbox and then got toFont
- You then click the drop down box called Name: Then click FontCollections
- Then click on the folder you put it in and it should be there(if it doesn't show repeat the process 6-11).
